Now Hiring: Pilates Instructor (Independent Contractor)

Moontower Pilates is looking for a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor to join our team! We're seeking someone confident teaching across all apparatus — reformer, tower/cadillac, chair, barrel, and mat — who brings positive energy, critical thinking, creativity, and genuine care for clients at every level. 

We specialize in post-rehabilitative Pilates, offering private and duet sessions. We genuinely accept all clients where they are. Mentoring is available to support you in feeling confident working with our clientele.

Our team at our annual outing. Each year in the late winter, we meet to connect and enjoy each other’s company with a fun activity.

What we're looking for:

  • Comprehensive Pilates certification (all apparatus)

  • Reliable and trustworthy — someone clients and teammates can count on, every time

  • A true nerd for anatomy and biomechanics — you love understanding why a cue works, not just that it does

  • Strong hands-on adjustment and cueing skills

  • A collaborative, client-first attitude

What we offer:

  • Tuesday and Thursday afternoon/ evening hours with room to expand from there.

  • Competitive per-class/session rate ($40+ per hour depending on experience)
