Private Pilates sessions are our specialty. They are one-on-one sessions dedicated to your body needs and goals. We tailor each session to your body.
Duet Pilates sessions are semi-private Pilates sessions. 2 students, 1 teacher. Both you and your duet partner will flow through a session together. Duets are tailored to your needs and goals. Please have a duet partner committed before signing up.

Duet Session Pricing
Duet sessions are for 2 students at a time with 1 teacher

Rates are per person. All sessions are 55 minutes. There are no refunds on prepaid packages.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations require notice at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment. A fee equivalent to the rate of your scheduled appointment will be applied for cancelations that do not meet this requirement.
