Recovering From Injury or Navigating Limitations?

This is our specialty.
We’re uniquely equipped for clients healing from injuries, managing pain, or transitioning out of physical therapy—so you can safely rebuild strength and mobility.

  • Custom modifications to support you

  • Clear, gentle cues for safe movement and awareness

  • No pressure to “push through” or keep up; restoring confidence and building strength is the priority

What Should I Bring?

In-Studio

  • Moveable, comfortable clothes

  • Bare feet or grip socks

  • Water (we have the equipment covered)

Online

  • Comfortable clothes and a mat

  • Device with solid internet

  • Props are helpful, but never required:

    • Release Ball, Foam Roller, Theraband, Yoga Block, 9–11” Pilates Ball, 1–3 lb. Hand Weights
